All of our ash trays are computer designed and 3D printed in high impact ABS plastic. After they are printed we then hand sand them and clear coat them with a high heat automotive clear coat. After the clear coat hardens for at least 24 hours we install the inlay in the ash area and the felt bottom on the ash tray. We then mix and pour a 2 part epoxy bar top resin to protect the full color inlays.
Since these are custom made they can take 7 to 10 business days to ship out if currently do not have any ready to ship.
